Steve’s real estate career spans 22 years both as a successful Salesperson and 12 of those years in Sales Management. Prior to entering real estate, he spent 17 years in the mapping industry as a Cartographer, hence his very keen eye for detail. Steve’s real estate philosophy is simple “tell it as it is, be truthful with all of your clients”. The consummate professional, his integrity, sincerity and uncompromising work ethic are corner stones of his likeable character.
One of his former clients says “having recently decided to sell our home we sought appraisals from our local real estate agents. One of these was Stephen Lamb and it was Stephen to whom we finally gave the task of selling our home. It’s difficult to say why one chooses one agent in preference to another but in retrospect we both felt there was a sincerity and honesty about Stephen. We felt that we were dealing with a truly genuine person and this is not always apparent in other agents”. Steve has always realized that real estate is a people industry, he has never forgotten that when it is all too easy to do so. This has stood Steve in good stead, during his early years as a Salesperson he consistently achieved results that placed him in the top 5% of Australian Real Estate Agents. He has also been recognized for his Sales Management skills, being awarded Ray White Victoria/Tasmania Sales Manager of the Year in 2005.
Steve is a family man and in what spare time he has likes to unwind in the garden, he also follows football, tennis and loves to travel. Steve certainly knows his craft and will strive to ensure that you experience the best possible result and service.
